On Wednesday, December 18, 2013, Solomon Schechter School of Queens will be hosting a JedCamp style evening of participant driven learning. There is no cost to participate and a kosher dinner will be provided. We are looking for teachers, Ed tech coaches/integrators, principals and other administrators, parents, and students to share ways educational technology and/or social media has improved quality of learning for our children.

This free evening conference will focus on using Educational Technology and Social Media to enhance the quality of learning in Jewish Day Schools. Participants will be able to choose two out of a variety of workshops including but not limited to: Blended Learning, Web 2.0 Tools, Class Blogs, Professional Learning with Social Media, Google Drive, SMART Boards, Project Based Learning, iPads in the Classroom, and more.

If you would like to lead a one hour session, please e-mail Shira Leibowitz. Include title, a several sentence description of you session, and your technology set up needs.
