YCT Rabbinical School Thirteenth Annual Yemei Iyun on Bible and Jewish Thought

YCT Rabbinical School is pleased to invite all Judaic Studies teachers as well as lovers of serious Tanakh and Mahshavah study to their Thirteenth Annual Yemei Iyun on Bible and Jewish Thought on Sunday, June 28 - Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Manhattan Day School. The program, co-sponsored with Beit Morasha of Jerusalem, Center for Modern Torah Leadership, Drisha Institute for Jewish Education, Institute for Jewish Ideas and Ideals, Midreshet Ein HaNatziv, Midreshet Lindenbaum,Torah in Motion USA, Yeshivat Maale Gilboa and Yeshivat Maharat will feature 50 shiurim in five tracks given by the leading lights of Tanakh and Jewish thought both in Israel and in the United States.

 

Presenters will include: Rabbi Hayyim Angel, Dr. Yitzhak Berger, Rabbi Yuval Cherlow, Rabbi Dr. Ben Elston, Rabbi Yitzchak Etshalom, Mitchell First, Rabbi Jeffrey S. Fox, Rachel Friedman, Miriam Gedwiser, Dr. Deena Grant, Rabbi Nathaniel Helfgot, Rachel Keren, Rabbi Aryeh Klapper, Dr. Samuel Lebens, Rabbi Menachem Leibtag, Dr. Michelle Levine, Rabbi Nachman Levine, Rabbi Dov Linzer, Rabbi Asher Lopatin, Rabbi Chaim Marder, RK Dina Najman, Dr. Nehemia Polen, Rabbi Daniel Reifman, Rabbi Haggai Resnikoff, Rabbi Eli Rubin, Dr. David Shatz, Rabbi David Silber, Rabbi Yanki Tauber, Rabbi Dr. Avi Walfish and Rabbi Avi Weiss.

 

The classes and workshops will focus on most of the Biblical books studied in the day school system throughout North America. Participants will be able to choose classes from five tracks, each focusing on a different book of the Bible or topic of Jewish thought.
